Overall, we had a good experience at JINYA Ramen Bar in Oviedo. We started with the eggplant appetizer, which was delicious, and the spicy tuna tacos were fresh and flavorful. I ordered the spicy vegan ramen with an extra egg. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and did a great job. The service at the table was excellent.

We came in on a Sunday night with party of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). They tried to seat us in a table of 4 and that was not going to work considering our 2 kids were 11 and 10. Luckily we were able to split up and sit next to each other more comfortably (imaging holding chopsticks to eat the ramen shoulder to shoulder…). Hannah was our server and she was great. Very attentive and super nice. We ordered karaage 10 pieces and they were missing 1. Didn’t think we had to count. We told Hannah and she resolved it. Food wise it’s solid like any other chain location that i’ve tried in East Coast. The yuzu margarita was made perfectly.

I recently visited JINYA Ramen Bar with a group of friends and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the Birria Ramen with spinach and a Malibu Sunrise, and both were excellent. The ramen broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting, with tender beef and fresh toppings that brought everything together perfectly. The Malibu Sunrise was refreshing and paired well with the meal. One thing that really stood out was the variety of sauces available at the table. JINYA offers a seasoning sauce, hot sauce, and gyoza sauce, allowing you to customize your meal. My favorite was the seasoning sauce—it added an extra layer of flavor to the ramen without overpowering the broth. I found myself reaching for it throughout the meal! I went with a group, and everyone ordered something different, from creamy ramen bowls and wontons to appetizers and cocktails. The service was attentive, the food arrived quickly, and the overall experience was outstanding. Bonus points for the Dragon Ball Z-themed Chef’s Special menu and the fun, energetic atmosphere that made the experience feel unique.

I had a great experience at this ramen shop! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made the visit stand out was the excellent service from Hannah as she walked me through the menu and drinks. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism made me feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
